Order Processing

Don Drumm Studios may take 24 hours on business days to process orders of items that are in stock. We DO NOT process orders over the weekend. Orders made after 1:30pm on Friday will not be received and processed until the following Monday. If any item is out-of-stock, you will be informed within 24 hours (except on weekends).

Don Drumm Studios ships with UPS. UPS picks up from the gallery at 3pm Monday through Friday. Pick up days do not count as a day in the estimated delivery time of your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a UPS tracking number on the day your order ships. Please refer to UPS.com using your UPS tracking number for the estimated delivery date. Tax

Sales tax will be added to orders shipped to Ohio addresses.

Returns

Items may be returned with 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in good condition. Refunds for returns may be given as store credit or returned to the original credit card. Items MUST be in unused and new condition. If item is shipped for return, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. If the item is returned for exchange, the customer is also responsible for shipping costs of the new item to the customer.
