Singerman & Post "Architect" Square Pendant

The square pendant on this necklace is 1 and 1/8th inch in height and a little under ¾ of an inch wide. It has a silver-toned Czech glass bead with accent green glass beads. The central abstract design has two main approaches. The left side has silver-colored and azure blue rays that form triangles. This design is contrasted on the right side with golden and light brown hued rays which are oriented more in a vertical placement. The pendant is framed with silver-toned edge.

Who would have thought that riding a New York City subway in the 1980’s would develop into a creative, innovative, line of jewelry?  But this is how Singerman & Post began their jewelry line.

These pieces are first and foremost – light weight. You won’t feel like you are wearing jewelry at all! Another interesting feature about Singerman & Post, is that this is a thriving, multi-generational family business.

The first step is the creation of original artwork. Once the new design has been created, the next step involves laminating the piece by hand. These pieces of jewelry are fashioned from metalized layers of mylar and vinyl. A final lamination adds a waterproof finish.

All adornments are Czech glass beads and the necklaces and earring wires are all sterling silver.
