The right hand piece of a triptych, the Don Drumm Shepherds captures the Adoration of the Shepherds. According to the Gospel of Luke, an angel appeared to these shepherds, telling them of the birth of Christ. They then made a pilgrimage to pay homage to the newborn baby Jesus.
