Tile Box with Cross Lid

Don Drumm is known for bringing the well-received, mid-century brutalist style into people’s homes and lives with everyday objects for decades. This pewter box is designed and hand-crafted by Don. You'll find Don's signature on the underside of each lid. Additionally, each of these boxes comes with a "Certificate of Authenticity" that Don personally signed.

This box is from the Christian collection Don designed. The lid for this collection has a symbol that represents “Jesus Christ Conquers.” Across the top of the Greek Cross is the Greek abbreviation for Jesus Christ and across the base is the word “Nika” that translates to “conquers.”

One specific design element you’ll find in each box is the interior base tile. In this pewter box, the interior, central, base is that of a scarab symbol. For the first exterior side, there is a plant image that is framed by an arch. The second side has text, “The art of Don Drumm.” This is followed by a side that simply contains the minimalist shape of a triangle. The last design on the final side is of Santa Claus with an elf, a reindeer, and stars.
