Mediterranean Artists Three Squares Pendant
This pendant is abstract, but unlike many of the other pieces we carry by Rony, these pieces are fused together. The pendant is about 1 and ¾ of an inch long and is on an 18 inch sterling silver chain. The three pieces that make up this pendant are a top elongated square of sterling silver, a middle piece of gold plated (2 microns thick) and an oxidized sterling silver piece at its base. The gold plated middle piece has a treatment similar to how stones are set into pieces. The pendant is designed in such a way to showcase this middle section.
18 inch sterling silver chain
1 and ¾ inch pendant, mixed metal - sterling silver, gold plated (2 microns thick), and oxidized sterling silver
Rony Yizhaky began creating his line of jewelry back in 1987. In the pieces, you’ll find great modern design married with uniquely sourced materials - some even from ancient civilizations. The jewelry is sterling silver, and the 14K gold elements that many pieces include are a gold plating that is 2 microns thick. This level of gold plating can last a lifetime if abrasive cleaning products are not used.
In Rony’s collection, you’ll also discover jewelry that includes Roman glass or coins from archeological excavations in the Holy Land, freshwater pearls, Druzi, Mother of Pearl, and various semi-precious stones.
We think you’ll love browsing this curated collection of Rony’s work! One of our gallery managers, Jessica, worked hard to find examples of all the different styles and artistic elements Rony crafts into his jewelry.
